Can I register for all events – UGM, Masterclass and the dinner?
Yes, you can. Please select all three events when using the online registration form.

What is included in my registration?
UGM – Registration includes entry, buffet lunch and refreshments.
Masterclass – Registration includes entry, event satchel, Masterclass documentation, buffet lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments.
My partner and I share a Stock Doctor membership? Do we register for one or two tickets?
You need to register for each attendee.
Can I invite a friend to the UGM?
We hope you do. You can invite a friend here. We will send them an invitation on your behalf including links to the online registration form. If you have their permission to provide their personal details, you can register them yourself.
THE STOCK DOCTOR ROADSHOW VENUES
Can I hire a laptop for the Masterclass?
Yes. You can hire a laptop. We suggest Hire Intelligence. Their laptop hire rates are around $100 – $150 for two days.
DURING THE STOCK DOCTOR ROADSHOW OR MASTERCLASS
Do I need a ticket to access the events?
Yes. You will need to register via our online registration form. You will receive an email confirmation after you have registered. Bring this with you on the day. Don’t worry if you forget to bring it. We can check you in without it and give you your name badge.
Where do I register when I arrive at the event?
There will be a registration desk at the venue. For the UGM, it will be open from 9am and from 8am for the Masterclass.
How do I gain entry into the UGM or Masterclass?
Attendees will be provided with an individual name badge, which will give you access to the session and events you have registered to attend. This must be worn at all times within the venue.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Attendees have access to complimentary Wi-Fi for the duration of the event. Staff at the registration desk can provide the password.
Should I bring my laptop/tablet?
Yes. For the Masterclass, we encourage you to bring your own laptop or tablet, so you can follow along with the day’s agenda. Feel free to also use your laptop or tablet at the UGM.
Will food be provided?
The UGM will include a full buffet lunch and refreshments. The Masterclass will offer refreshments on arrival, morning and afternoon tea and a buffet lunch.
I have special dietary requirements – what do I do?
You must advise us of any special dietary requirements when you register for the event. Caterers at each function will be advised of this information. There will be a buffet table at the venue providing catering for members with special dietary requirements. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask the staff at the registration desk.
IMPORTANT – If your dietary requirement relates to a life-threatening allergy, please ensure you advise the event managers when you register AND when you arrive on the day.
Are all venues fully accessible?
Yes, all venues meet standards requirements for access.
Do venues have hearing loops?
Yes, all venues have the ability to have hearing loops. Please let the event staff know when you register prior to the event.

How do I pay for the Masterclass or Dinner? What if I can’t use credit card?
Payment is required upon registration using a credit card. If you cannot provide payment in full, please call Brittany at our event partner, Leishman Associates on 03 6234 7844 for assistance.
CANCELLATION AND DISCLAIMER
I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?
Cancellations must be received in writing. Please email the event partner, Leishman Associates. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have received written acknowledgement from Leishman Associates.
If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact our event partner, Leishman Associates on (03) 6234 7844.
Masterclass & Dinner – Cancellations received on or before 14 days before the event you have registered for, will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations for the Masterclass and Dinner received on or after 14 days before the event you are registered for. At its discretion, Lincoln may offer a full refund for special circumstances.
